RRHS Choir Boosters is a team of volunteers! We all work together to support the Choir Program at Round Rock High School.

Do you have a skill or interest that could benefit Choir Boosters and the Choir program? We're looking for volunteers in the following areas:

• Homecoming Committee: Help the students with the Homecoming Float. Homecoming 2026 is September 23.

• Banquet Committee: Help with the planning of the event and/or helping to setup before the event and clean up after the event.

• Hospitality Coordinator: Choir Boosters coordinates a few large meals throughout the year (TMEA Judge and Volunteer meals (October), Region Meal for student who advanced to Region Choir, Middle School Choir Night, UIL Lunches, etc. Boosters has the budget. We need volunteers to place orders, accept food deliveries, etc. 

• Photographers: Take the group choir photos that will be used in the yearbook. Take photos of seniors for end-of-year activities. Take photos at events. 

• Volunteer Coordinator: As you can see, we need a lot of volunteers to support Dragon Choir. The Volunteer Coordinator will determine volunteer needs, prepare volunteer signup forms, ensure volunteers have filled out their RRISD Volunteer Application.

• Uniform Coordinator: Fit students in their formal uniforms. Organize uniforms at the end of the year. 

• Chaperones: Dragon Choir goes on a handful of field trips throughout the year (UIL, Madfest, etc.) Our Choir Director will need chaperones to attend the events with the students. 

• TMEA Volunteer: Each year, Round Rock High School hosts one of the TMEA auditions. This year, we are hosting on October 3. This event requires a lot of volunteers!

• Scholarship Committee: Set up application process and select recipients. (Unfortunately, Senior parents may not volunteer for this position).

• End of the Year Financial Audit Committee: The audit, which will happen in July, requires three volunteers who are not bank signers on the Booster Club bank account.
