Private Voice Lessons
Private Voice Lessons
Private voice lessons are another way for students to grow as singers and musicians. Through Round Rock ISD's Individualized Music Instruction Program (IMIP), Dragon Choir students have the opportunity to receive one-on-one instruction from professional voice teachers on campus.
Whether a student is preparing for TMEA auditions, musical theatre, solo & ensemble, college auditions, or simply wants to become a stronger singer, private lessons provide individualized instruction tailored to each student's goals and experience level.
In a choir classroom, students learn as an ensemble. Private lessons allow students to focus on their individual voice and receive personalized instruction that isn't possible in a group setting.
Students who participate in private lessons often experience:
Improved vocal technique and healthy singing habits
Increased vocal confidence
Stronger musicianship and sight-reading skills
Preparation for TMEA, Solo & Ensemble, and other auditions
Individual coaching on repertoire
Greater confidence in performances and leadership opportunities
Private lessons are beneficial for singers of all experience levels—from students just beginning their vocal journey to those preparing for advanced auditions.
Voice lessons are offered through the Round Rock ISD Individualized Music Instruction Program (IMIP).
